Refund policy:

Although we are extremely grateful for your business, we have a strict refund policy due to expenses that are immediately deducted from tuition. Upon sign-ups, once payment is received and deposited, league fees, insurance, jerseys, gym rentals, and coaches’ stipends are deducted from players’ tuition. These are the expenses that Gametime must pay out at the beginning of each season and they are costs we not have control over.
Further, once rosters are released, we have made cuts and players have been turned away. Once this has happened, we can no longer issue any refunds for payments that were made upon sign-ups.

We understand that that there are extenuating circumstances that can impact commitment, and we are grateful for the many families who are loyal to Gametime. To clarify, Gametime will not issue any refund checks, but instead give you a calculated credit toward camp. We run camps during all school breaks and summer vacation. You can use your calculated refund toward any camp. Credits can not be applied toward a players tuition for a team rostered spot, or be transferred to another season.
