Refund Policy

Although we are extremely grateful for your business, we have a strict refund policy due to expenses that are immediately deducted from camp tuition. Upon sign-ups, once payment is received and deposited, fees, insurance, jerseys, gym rentals, and coaches’ stipends are deducted from players’ camp tuition. These are the expenses that Gametime must pay out and they are costs we do not have control over.

We understand that there are extenuating circumstances that can impact commitment, and we are grateful for the many families who are loyal to Gametime. To clarify, Gametime will not issue any refund checks, but instead give you a calculated credit towards a future camp. We run our camps during all school breaks and summer vacation. You can use your calculated refund toward any camp. Credits cannot be applied toward a player’s tuition for a team rostered spot, or be transferred to another player.
